Blogmas Day 9 - Charlevoix

Blogmas Day 9 - Charlevoix

We’re home! What a lovely weekend it ended up being. Such a sad feeling when Monday finally rolls back around again, but at least we made some great memories to get us through another week. So, as promised, for today’s Blogmas Day 9, I thought I’d share some more snaps and thoughts about mine and Ethan’s trip up north to Charlevoix.

Blogmas Day 7 - Vacation

What’s up, my friends. It’s already December 7th? No way. I refuse to accept that the month is already a week over. It feels like Halloween was only a week ago. Anyone else feel me?

Blogmas Day 5 - Haircut

Blogmas Day 5 - welcome! This is becoming a late-night ritual of mine that I highly enjoy. Sitting and decompressing with you all. Thank you, again, for reading and coming along on my Christmas journey with me. December is usually a pretty tough month for me. Definitely, by no means, my happiest month of the year, even with my birthday in it. But, thanks in large part to these little diary entries, I’m enjoying it a lot more than I ever have.

Blogmas Day 4 - Commuting

Blogmas Day 4 - Commuting

It’s already December 4th - my brain can’t process that fully. In addition to it being Blogmas Day 4, it’s also my Momma’s birthday (HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOM). It was also dentist appointment day. A sense of belonging - one of mankind's most-basic and innate desires as people go through life. Being a part of something and having connections with other people gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling that you can't find anywhere else. Some people find it within their role at work, others seek it out within a church or political setting. It can be found in dozens of obvious places, but one place you might unexpectedly find your group is in the motoring world. Enthusiast groups exist across the whole spectrum of the automotive world - no matter what brand you drive, you'll probably find a group of like-minded driving fans to bond with.

Pittsburgh Entered The Core Of My Heart...

Pittsburgh Entered The Core Of My Heart...

A few weeks back, as we do, Ethan and I came home from work on a Friday afternoon and got the itch to get lost. We made a goal to visit all the neighboring cities around us within about a 4-5 hour driving radius and as of now, we only have two left - Buffalo and Columbus.
