A fourth (and final, for now) arbitrary rating of all the documentaries I've watched recently (no spoilers)

Alright folks, time for my final (for now) installment in my series of documentary reviews. I’m not sure if I’m getting bored of them, or I’ve just seen all of the super good ones that are currently available to watch, but whatever the case, I’ll be taking a break from my doc obsession and rewatching some of my old fav series I haven’t seen in a while or never finished.

An Updated Top Ten Travel Bucket List - Five Years Later

I’ve been feeling the itch to write lately, but honestly, I haven’t had a whole lot to write about.

Things are slow, but steady in my life. I have zero things to complain about, but I have don’t have anything super exciting to celebrate at the moment either.

But I was doing a little maintenance around my site today and I stumbled back upon and old post I titled “Top 10 Travel Bucket List,” which I had completely forgotten about. I haven’t looked at since I wrote it back in early 2019 - four years ago. Upon reviewing it, I noticed that a few of the places I’d gotten to visit since then! And a few more of them that I’ve lost interest in visiting for one reason or another; so, I thought it might be fun to write out an updated list. If only just to help myself keep track of where I should book next. 😉

But, I thought this might be a fun way to spend the month of December. Who knows, maybe it’ll get me into the ‘mas spirit? I’m still not sure what to post each day, but we’ll see how it goes.

What's In My Carry-On

What's In My Carry-On

Not to brag, but I've been around an airplane cabin a few times. Flying is great - it's an exciting, but taxing experience from take-off to touch-down, on both your mind and body. And after the few dozen flights I've taken in my life, I've gotten a pretty solid survival kit nailed down.

I always find little tips and tricks helpful. And one hot-topic in the travel world is carry-on essentials, so I thought I'd share mine.

14 Non-Verbal Ways They Show You They Love You

As many of you know, I live with my boyfriend, Ethan. We’ve been living in our cute little apartment together in Eastern Michigan for about 6 months now and wowza has it been a wild ride.

In so many ways, he is the perfect roommate. He’s tidy, he’s quiet, and I adore him, so cuddling and watching tv on the couch on weeknights is the best thing ever.

But living with a boyfriend is, of course, a culture shock of sorts.

Like many other multi-tasking, Type-A folks out there, I love a good planner. 11 Skin and Hair Products I Swear By

I, like many women, truly enjoy pampering myself and taking care of my skin and hair to look my best. Over the last ten-or-so years, I’ve literally tried (what feels like) every product on the market. I’m not the easiest person to choose skincare for because I have both sensitive skin that reacts pretty harshly to many products out there - even certain laundry detergents can cause issues for me - as well as life-long acne-prone skin. But, alas, after years and years of trial and error, I can definitively rule most everything I’ve tried out.

100 Questions No One Ever Asks

It’s been a while since I’ve sat down and shared a few things about myself for you all to enjoy. 16 Incredible Content Creators Who Inspire Me to Create

I love creating content. I’ve always been creative, but when I discovered my love of writing at University and started documenting my life on my first blog, I realized that I love telling stories for the world to hear (or read). If I’m honest, I’ve always loved telling stories. My parents say that I used to stand up in public places as a little child and tell stories to the whole room. I guess things haven’t changed much since then, have they?

Top 10 Travel Bucket List

Top 10 Travel Bucket List

I’ve been very fortunate over the last three years. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting a dozen new countries and dozens of new cities since my Junior year at Uni. Some thanks to school and many just for fun. I truly live to travel. As soon as I caught the travel bug back in 2015 with my first abroad trip to Scotland, I was absolutely hooked and I haven’t stopped since.
