Blogmas Day 19 - In-between

Hello again, friends, welcome to Blogmas Day 19!

Honestly, today has been a boring day. An in-between day. A day to go to work, have some meetings, eat some donuts, come home and make dinner, and go to bed.

My team did get me a few little gifts (the donuts for example) for my birthday, which was a pleasant surprise, but other than that and a meeting at work that took place with champagne, nothing noteworthy has happened to me since I woke up.

We made a delicious pasta dinner and now I’m sitting on the couch being forced to watch my least-favorite show because couples compromise… at least that’s what they tell me. I wish I could say that I’m looking forward to the coming weekend, but with the Christmas activities that are coming down the pipeline, I’m really just looking forward to NYE tbh.

With that being said, it is Thursday, so maybe I’ll make it a “thirsty” one and go have myself a drink. I did crack open a cider at our year-end meeting today, so I guess I’m on the right path.
