Blogmas Day 25 - Christmas

Merry Blogmas (I mean, Christmas), my friends! The big day has finally arrived!

It’s been a long December, but I’m so glad we finally made it to Christmas day together.

When I’m writing this, it’s actually December 26th simply because yesterday was so crazy, I couldn’t find the time to get this posted in time, but the point is still the same.

Yesterday, Ethan and I didn’t stop moving for a second - from the moment we woke up and exchanged gifts to the moment we got back and cuddled up for bed, we kept ourselves very busy.

We did gifts and coffee together in the morning and the went to his parents’ house for more gifts and dinner later on. So much happened, but we went to sleep feeling warm and happy - what more could you ask for for Christmas? 🥰

Speaking of asking for things - Ethan and I are both very lucky to have received so many lovely gifts from each other and his family. Santa brought me a Shinola watch, which I have wanted since I moved to Detroit. Thanks, Santa… 😘I also got UGGs, Starbucks cups, bath bombs, a few clothing items, and A TON OF HOT SAUCE. All in all, I really have a lot to be grateful for - and I am. Thank you to Ethan and his family for all the amazing gifts and love they showered me with yesterday - it really means so much.

After dinner and dessert were served, we headed home for the night. We still have two more Christmassy-type things to do this season, if you can believe it. So, while this will be my last #blogmas post for the year, the spirit hasn’t quite died in our house just yet. Truthfully, for people like Ethan, I don’t think it really ever does. ♥️🎄

And on that cheery note, I should say a big thank you to all of you for following along on my up and down Christmas journey this year. This blog and you readers are some of the best gifts I could have ever asked for. I appreciate each and every one of you reading this - today and always.

With that, I hope you all had a very MERRY CHRISTMAS this year.

Happy holidays to you and to all a good night. XOXO
